Information for Students with a Confirmed Place
Please note the the following information is intended for students whom have been allocated a place by our admissions team. Please do not complete and submit this information if you do not have a confirmed place.
To apply for a place at John Colet School, please complete and return the form found on the In Year Admissions page.
Dear Parent/Carer
You will by now have been advised that your child has been offered a place at John Colet School. On behalf of all the staff and governors, may I warmly welcome you.
Please take the time to look at our ‘Welcome Booklet’ , which is intended to be a supplement to the school prospectus and the information contained on this website.
You will have been emailed a link to our electronic admissions form. This form must be completed to confirm acceptance of a place at John Colet School and an admission date cannot be agreed without these details in place. Please refer to the Welcome Booklet, which contains a number of supporting documents to assist in the completion of the form.
In addition to the John Colet Admission Form you should also complete and return the following forms, if they apply:
Paracetamol Administration Agreement
Administration of Medication Form
Email is our main method of communication so it is vital that a current email address is completed on the Admission Form. Where possible, we also ask for at least 2 contact numbers for your child.
